Beginning Weaving Rag Rug Style

Monday through Friday 9:30 am - 5 pm

This week-long course is designed for the beginning student who would like to learn how to weave daily for one week. The course will focus on the rag rug style of weaving, and the basics learned can be applied to other projects as well. Terminology, how to plan a project, and the process of setting up a loom will be covered in this course. Students can expect to weave a table runner or 4 placemats and samples during this course. Optional choice of weaving a rayon scarf is also available.

Course fee includes materials, use of equipment, and lunch each day.
